Town Center

The Town Center at The Meadows is planned to be an active, pedestrian oriented, mixed-use district. Places for retail uses such as a street café, general store or art gallery (with apartments, lofts and/or offices above) are proposed to line "Mercantile Street.” A variety of historically-inspired housing types are being planned to provide small town charm with today’s modern amenities.
